<title><![CDATA[量產不是那麼容易的]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>係屋企煎牛扒的水準都有返咁上下啦.</p><p>適逢阿rock生日,又應承左上次搵返d錢就要請大家食牛扒...所以今日就係人生中,第一次煎6塊牛扒....</p><p>老實說,初初都有唔少信心會ok ga.</p><p>但...試作第一塊之後....好淡wo.</p><p>火喉都ok,但...就係太淡...</p><p>一次過掩6塊扒,重要係有其他人係度,用的野雖然係自己執去的,但係...就係唔夠味.</p><p>我就試下落多d鹽....食之前都落d豉油..但就係差d味,又煎耐左,有點太老.</p><p><a href="http://panda_cottage.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=1249308" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[煮食第一篇-煎牛扒]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>竹廬開放以來,差不多每一個主題都已經有文章了.但就單單係廚房的東西沒有見過人.</p><p>今天,我就將我的私房菜拿出來招呼大家.</p><p>我三樣最愛食物,第一龍蝦,第二羊扒,第三牛扒.</p><p>龍蝦之所以係第一,不是單單因為貴比較少食到.反而全因為家姐上年去加拿大,買左一箱龍蝦返來.一落機返到屋企,開箱之後...龍蝦就開始訓醒,跳跳扎.老豆兩三下手勢,又芝士焗,又蒜泥蒸,食到我完全停唔到口.果種鮮味同口感,真係食過番尋味.一箱十幾隻的龍蝦,我家3日就食晒.</p><p>羊扒比牛扒更高位的原因,單單係因為羊係比牛更有鮮味.而且更肥美.中三summer去上海黃埔江食燒羊肉串...真係好食到不得了.</p><p>牛扒...老實說,三樣食物之中食得最多,而且好容易就可以買返來自己整.所以真係排得最低.但喜愛的程度都係好高...研究左好多年,煎左好多塊失敗品,近呢半年終於俾我學識左點樣煎一塊好食的牛扒.</p><p><a href="http://panda_cottage.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49159&amp;resource=1461708-20080621.jpg"><img src="http://panda_cottage.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49159&amp;resource=1461708-20080621.jpg&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p>原來...要食牛扒有牛味,最重要係加兩樣野-生粉同油.</p><p><a href="http://panda_cottage.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=1239130" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></description>
